Gourmets all over the world appreciate it: Müritz lamb from the famous Schwagrzinna family of breeders has achieved almost a cult status in all the kitchens of top hotels and restaurants. The animals are reared on the open pastures of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte (Mecklenburg Lakes) and the meat is particularly tender and flavoursome. Carved direct at your table from the meat trolley, Müritz leg of lamb is served with bacon beans and au gratin potatoes.
Friday and Saturday from 6.00pm for EUR 29

Even today, we still celebrate this stylish ceremony in which elegant 19th century society met friends and associates. In best tradition, we serve the finest teas with delicious treats and petits fours by our open fire every day from 3:00 pm.
