First and second place at the Berlin Youth Championships – Kempinski Hotel Bristol Berlin is leader in hotel training


Berlin, 21. April 2008 It is a great compliment for the training team of the Kempinski Hotel Bristol Berlin – at the Berlin Youth Championships of the hotel industry on 14 April 2008, not one but two of their protégés made it to the top positions.

Hotel management trainee Denis Berrendorf came first amongst the hotel specialists and was closely followed by his colleague, Friederike Credo, also trainee in hotel management who was pleased with making it to second place. Both winners received their awards, with very happy faces, in Berlin’s Town Hall.

“A title at the Berlin Youth Championships is something very special for every trainee. We are extremely proud that both the winners came from our hotel. This is further evidence of our comprehensive and trend-setting training concept,” says Holger König, Hotel Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Bristol Berlin.

A total of around 300 trainees in the hospitality industry took part in this year’s Berlin Youth Championships. In the autumn the winners will compete at the German Youth Championships for the “German Youth Champion 2008” title.
